Parent Scholarships

NAA is offering scholarships for free conference registration to parents. As a scholarship sponsor, your company will be recognized at the conference and listed in our conference program book as a donor. There are many more requests for scholarships than we can possibly fulfill without your support. Please consider this gesture of good will to the community that supports your organization by sponsoring conference scholarships for parents in financial need. All recipients are screened by NAA.  Donation amount: $250 for one scholarship, $225 each for two or more.

T-shirt Sponsors $3,000

Your company name and/or logo will be added to the official NAC T-shirt and placed in every registration bag.

Registration Bag Inserts $1,000 each

Place an approved promotional insert of your company's products and services in the hands of every conference attendee.

Advertisements

Full Page (8” x 10”) = $300
Half Page (8” x 4.5”) = $200
Quarter Page (3.5” x 4.5”) = $100

All ads will be printed in black and white and listed in the program guide. Ad placement will be decided based on size and order date.

Advertisers agree to the following terms:

All ads must be submitted in camera-ready PDF format and sized according to ad choice. No PowerPoint or Word files will be accepted. Files should be submitted via e-email to Aimee Cohoon at aimee@nationalautism.org no later than September 1, 2010. Please call NAA conference coordinator, Aimee Cohoon, at 910-545-2211 or any additional information. When submitting ad, please use your company name as the file name.

The NAA reserves the right to refuse any advertisement. The advertising company agrees and understands that it cannot cancel this agreement. The NAA will have no liability for the omission of any ad. In the event and ad is inadvertently omitted, the advertising company will not be charged a fee.
 

All sponsors will be gratefully acknowledged with their company name and/or logo listed in the NAC conference program book distributed to each attendee.
