At night, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s transforms into the place to be on the beach. Join your friends or coworkers by the bar for cold pitchers of beer and free-flowing cocktails. You’ll find a special late night menu served until 11:00 p.m., featuring some of our most popular appetizers and sandwiches.

The Fitness Center & Resort Pools:

Go ahead and make a splash. With seven separate heated swimming pools, there are plenty of places to soak up some sun and fun. You’ll find an adult pool where you can relax and unwind in peace and quiet. There’s also a toddler wading pool and pool conveniently located right next to the KONK Club Activities Center for the younger set. The T.A.Z. team will be sure to make your pool experience fun, with activities like poolside bingo, hula hoop and biggest splash contests or wacky water relays. Swim lessons are available for those aged two and up.

TradeWinds offers a fully equipped fitness center featuring treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, recumbent and upright bikes, cable crossover machines, Nautilus circuit machines, free weights and more. Fitness centers are for guests aged 18 and over, or 16 and 17 when accompanied by an adult.

Directions:

TradeWinds Island Grand Resorts is located in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida’s Central West Coast directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach. Proceed West across Pinellas Bayway ($.50 toll) which takes you directly to St. Pete Beach and ends at Gulf Blvd. Turn right, and the TradeWinds Resorts are on the left hand side of the street, about 1-1.5 miles north.
